Singers Boosters Bingo Night Camp Fundraiser Opportunities

I have arranged a partnership with the Sullivan Singers to help individuals raise money to attend camps they may be interested in attending, but of which the costs may be beyond their budget. Basically, if you work one of the Singers Boosters Bingo nights, the money would be donated to our football account, and then it could be redistributed to you to pay for camp fees and related expenses. I hope this opportunity will allow more of our players to attend camps to make themselves and our team better!
Here is the information I received from the Singers Boosters about the opportunity:

"The Singers Boosters have been looking for ways to increase the number of workers for our Wednesday night bingo session while still supporting Sullivan Students. To achieve this, we are thinking of allowing student groups to sign-up to provide workers and then we will write a check to your group for the amount we pay our workers compensation. For example if your group had 4 people come and work pull tabs, your group would get a check for $300. We pay $75 per person to work pull tabs and windows, $100 for callers and cage workers (those positions require training). You could chose to do this for a group general account or for a way to raise money for individuals who many be raising money to go to an event like state or nationals, it is really up to you. To work the bingo hall it does require you to be 18, so students who are 18 can work and then parents within your organizations.  What I am going to do is share with you the sign-up genius for each month (from March to May) and you can share it with your players/parents. The only requirements is the person working has to be 18 or older and cannot be a felon. We have a sign in sheet for them to put who they are working for (group & student). We will then write a check to the group once a month and give you a copy of the sign in sheet so you know who worked."
